​Hello there! I Got Your Back Massage and Wellness Center is very excited to Re-Open its doors June 8th. We’ve been diligently preparing to welcome our clients back in a safe, effective manner and follow mandatory requirements and guidelines provided by our State of Ohio Medical Board. 


I GOT YOUR BACK MASSAGE AND WELLNESS CENTER, LLC IS COMMITTED TO: 

Enhanced cleaning procedures including 30-45 minutes between each appointment to deep clean treatment rooms, restrooms and common areas.

Comply with all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. All disinfectants used in the studio are verified to ensure they meet the EPA’s criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.

Since our studio shares space with other independent massage therapists, we will work together to stagger appointments to minimize social contact and utilize curbside check-in via text or phone call to avoid gathering in waiting areas.

I will screen my temperature at the start of my day to guarantee a temperature lower than 100.4  (in accordance with CDC recommendations) to ensure that I am well and ready for your service.

I will wear a mask during any interaction with a client, 

Air purifiers will be in the massage room to reduce airborne particles

Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will be available for your use

WHAT WE ARE REQUESTING CLIENTS TO COMMIT TO: 

Temperature check via a touchless thermometer prior to your service (Clients with a temperature of 100.4 or higher must reschedule their appointment after 14 days (with no late cancel fee or penalty)

Affirmation that you aren't sick or haven't been around anyone that has been sick

Wear a face mask (based on state specific orders) unless you are medically unable to do so.  


DURING YOUR SESSION 

I will wear a face mask. Clients will wear masks while in the supine (face up) position and can remove mask while prone (face down).  Face cradle coverings will be draped properly to contain client aerosols. 


AFTER EACH SESSION 

30-45 minute turnover period between each session to perform the necessary sanitation protocols and complete the procedures detailed above 


Just a few temporary changes: 

The studio will look a little different.  The reception area will be closed for safe distance practicing.  

If a session will be performed in a clients home, clients must provide their own linens and wear a mask. 


New Rates 

 60 Min Session     $45- Regular Clients           $60 New Clients/Non Regulars

       90 Min Session     $75 - Regular Clients               $90 New Clients/Non Regulars

       In Home Session  $80 - Per Session 


Easy Payment Plans available if you are experiencing economic hardships during the pandemic 

Electronic payments are encouraged.  If paying cash, please bring correct change.  

Revised Hours:

 Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm


Friday and Saturday   9am - 2pm 

Sunday Closed for deep cleaning. (One day close per mandatory requirement)

Cancellation Policy


I understand that unanticipated events happen. My desire is to be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $20 for your appointment. Gift Certificates & Vouchers will be redeemed.


If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled appointment that might make your session a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE you arrive.  If you are pregnant at the time of your massage appointment, please contact me BEFORE arriving.  You will be rescheduled and  referred to a Certified Prenatal Therapist.   


No-shows
Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled appointment and does not provide 24 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment at the time of their next appointment.   Gift Certificates & Vouchers will be redeemed.

Late Arrivals
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. 


Groupons

Groupons vouchers are for 1st time customers only  and are only accepted once at I Got Your Back Massage and Wellness Center.  If vouchers are purchased to use for a second time, the amount purchased for the voucher will be applied to the full price of a regular session.  Vouchers are honored regardless of expiration.  


Refunds

No refunds will be given for deposits paid, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or gift certificates purchased. The owner reserves the right to make the final decision on this policy.
